- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
– Toss together all ingredients, making sure asparagus is well coated with salt and olive oil.
– Place on the grill and allow to cook for at least 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
– As a taste twist you can add a splash of balsamic vinegar before you cook them (the caramelization that forms is quite “sweet”).
